Professional Experience
Since the mid-1970s I have worked in journalism both as a staff writer and as a freelance contributor to a host of publications including lately, the Hamilton Spectator, rabble.ca, Raise the Hammer, and the Breach. My book When Poverty Mattered, Then and Now was published by Fernwood in 2019. The following year my edited collection, Reclaiming Hamilton: Essays from the New Ambitious City came out from Wolsak and Wynn.
